I provide care before the onset of labor with private appointments to work through relaxation and exercise techniques. We study the physiology of birth so you know what your body is doing during the process of labor. We meet one to three times prior to your birth. Once I am there with the laboring couple I provide continuous support throughout labor and delivery. I stay postpartum to help establish breastfeeding usually or two hours after the birth. |
